Dylin Inga was a heavyset Twi'lek Jedi Master at the time of 984 BBY, who briefly came in contact with Jedi Knight Kullervo Tinren. Master Dylin was against Tinren and his two friends Jabeso and Ethan Harris tracking down the Sith Lord Darth Cahdek, and held it to a vote, to which only one other Master agreed with him.
